God Is Perfect

Only He can achieve perfection.

When others expect us to be perfect, it is very stressful. We seem bent on error and we are more likely to make mistakes than we are ever prone to do things perfectly right. Many times, companies or organizations will instill this as the bedrock of their mission statements, even though they may never mention the word “perfection.”

We naturally strive for perfection. Perhaps it’s because our God is perfect and we yearn for His essence. But if we hold ourselves to a standard of perfection, we will fail every time. That’s why we need Jesus. He bridges the gap between us and God. When we do our best, He will do the rest.

By His grace, He will be with us through all things and provide for us along the way. When we include Him in our lives, He will come through. When we pray, we will witness His holy intervention. We can release all our anxiety and cares upon Him. He will ease our burdens and help us have the stamina to carry on.

It doesn’t matter if we fall short. All humans do. We just have a God that’s big enough to help us cross any terrain in our path. So, we can forge ahead, break the barriers of negativity, and reach a new playing field for His kingdom. He will provide for us and guide us. He will always see us through. With God, we can attain perfection in Christ.
